Family Place Library™

The Pasadena Public Library’s Family Place is a space designed specifically for children ages 5 and under and their caregivers.  Here you can relax, play, share books, and meet other families!  While you are here, browse our vast collection of books, toys, music, movies, and multimedia, all of which are designed to strengthen and develop your child’s early literacy skills.

The Library offers developmentally appropriate programming for babies and preschoolers, including weekly storytimes, 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten, and Parent-Child Workshops.  Our Family Place is here to provide you with a community environment, filled with resources to help nurture your child’s development and learning during the first critical years of their lives.  We are excited to see you and your children in our library!
